With fully equipped kitchens and multiple bedrooms, everyone can feel at home while creating unforgettable memories.
Caribe Cove Condos were built in 2007 and are comprised of five buildings which ALL the condos are "individually" owned.
Each building has five floors and is equipped with the convenience of a modern elevator.
Note: There are no luggage carts, although the individual condo may have one.
All condos are "non-smoking" as there are designated smoking areas posted on the property.
Each condo, whether it is a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom condo is decorated and furnished by the individual owner. Each condo is unique in how it is furnished.
The 2 bedroom can have a maximum of 6 people and the 3 bedroom condo can have a maximum of 8 people.
All condos have 2 bathrooms, both having a separate walk in shower and a tub.

Caribe Cove Condominiums is a pet free property. "Rental guests" are not allowed to have a dog or pet unless the dog is a trained service animal. Florida laws do not consider emotional support animals (ESA) animals and are not allowed at Caribe Cove. Proper documentation will be required if a trained service animal is involved.

The pool and hot tub area is open daily from 7A- 10P with access to bathroom facilities. The clubhouse and fitness room is open daily between 8A- 4:30P, and 8A-Noon on Sunday. Note: Children under 16 need full time adult supervision to use the pool. Children under 5 are not allowed in the hot tub due to health requirements.
The maximum occupancy for a 2 bedroom condo is 6 people and 8 people for a 3 bedroom. If the occupancy exceeds what is allowed, the rental guest will be required to book an additional condo, or cancel the initial reservation. Rental guest upon arriving will be required to fill out a guest entry form with security or the clubhouse attendant upon arrival indicating the number of people in their party.
Yes, there is free onsite parking available for guests, although there are vehicles which are not allowed. Construction trucks of any kind, motorhomes, buses, trailers, boats, golf carts, are not allowed. E-bikes and scooters are also not allowed for guests. Please contact the rental Owner, the rental management company, or the Association for the complete vehicle policies to avoid any issues upon arrival.
All condos include a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Each unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Caribe Cove is not a hotel so you are responsible for any cleaning or changing sheets during your stay. Each condo has a private, screened-in patio or balcony to enjoy. There are trash cans located in front of each building which are emptied daily. You can also enjoy the large community heated pool and hot tub, corn hole game, bunker game, and pool table. There are charcoal grills located around the property (you will need charcoal & lighter fluid)
The property is gated 24/7. The clubhouse attendant is available daily 8A-4:30P, M- Sa, and 8A-Noon on Sunday to assist with any questions. Uniformed security guards are on property at the guest entry gate every day from 4P to 8A. NOTE: Quiet times are from 10P to 7A everyday, and are monitored by security.
The Caribe Cove Condo Association does not rent any condos and the clubhouse front desk attendant is not involved in assisting rentals. Individual Owners who have selected to offer their private residence for rental must provide the instructions on how to access the rental condo. Each guest "must" have a valid rental agreement to obtain a parking pass, and have the access code to enter the condo. The Caribe Cove Association is not responsible for the condition of the rental condo, or any claims made by the rental management company, or the Owner.
Caribe Cove Condos are located just minutes away from a variety of restaurants. Within waking distance, or driving just a few miles, there are 45+ restaurants to choose from! If you need to shop for food, with just minutes is Walmart, Publix, Aldi's, and some convenience stores. If you have an urge to buy other items, then you won't be disappointed, with other large discount stores and specialty shops all within minutes of Caribe Cove Condos.
No. When the property was built almost all the owners who purchased their condo as an investment property lived outside the US, with the intention to rent the property for income. Over the years there has been a shift in the usage of the condos, as many owners now either use their condo as their permanent residence, or a snow-bird get-a-way. Approximately 50% of the initial 186 condos are available for rental.
Owners can live full-time, use the condo as a vacation home, or purchase as an investment property and enjoy the benefits of a secluded property that is surrounded on 3 sides by over 130 acres of conservation vegetation and water. In addition, only Owners can have direct mail delivery, clubhouse and fitness center access 24/7, Owner automated gate access, can have up to 2 pets based upon the policies, and other benefits. If you are interested in the possibility of purchasing a condo and finding out what is included in the Condo Owners Association (COA) fees, and the important restrictions, your can ask your realtor, the selling Owner, or send an e-mail at the address below requesting that information. The Association is managed by a volunteer board of 5 Owners who are elected every November, and a contracted management company, which is Extreme Management Team (EMT). EMT is located within a few miles from Caribe Cove Condos at 2113 Ruby Red Blvd, Clermont, FL 34714 . The Association has "no" employees as all necessary services are contracted with EMT and with other contractors. EMT provides a full time on site Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and the clubhouse attendant coordinators. In addition EMT accepts the COA monthly payments and handles all accounting functions necessary for the Association.
Individual condo rentals are only available directly with an individual condo Owner or their rental management company. You may also find the Caribe Cove Condo rentals on websites such as Airbnb, VRBO, and similar websites.
